Mission statement 1.10.2024

I am a coffee enthusiast and wish to assist in bridging the gap between Costa Rican coffee producers and specialist roasters in Germany’s coffee market.

This website offers producers a platform to showcase their hard work and passion for perfection. For German roasters, the website provides access to specialty microlots directly from Farm,

My focus is on mills (microbeneficios) producing specialty coffee from their own plantations as well as from small family owned plantations not producing a quantity large enough to make a private mill viable. All these producers place value on producing high quality coffee in traceable microlots and respect the need for sustainability, often with creative and innovative ideas. That this is possible is a result of developments during the last eight to ten years leading to farmers increasingly creating their own processing facilities and, a new development, developing roasting skills.
